Is it safe to use my credit card?
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We use the highest industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption, to protect your privacy.
How do I set up a Commercial Credit Account?
Simply download our credit application, fill it out and fax back to us. We will notify you upon approval.

Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
Each order will ship to one address. If you would like to ship to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each location or simply contact us for personal assistance. sales@blaychon.com or 888-BLAYCHON.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
While we make every effort to keep our products available and in stock, occasionally an item will be out of stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable you will be notified via email or telephone and offered options ie backorder the item, accept replacement item or cancel item.
How do I find my password?
Click 'Retailer Login'. Afterwards, click the 'forgot password' link under the 'password' box and enter your username. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address with which you registered when you originally signed up for your account.

Shipping:
In most cases, orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Standard shipping is ground; overnight and 2day delivery are also available.
Returns:
Please call 1-888-252-9246 for a return authorization number. Prior authorization must be received from us or returned merchandise will be refused.
A credit memo will be issued for returned merchandise. No cash refunds.
A 30% restocking fee will be charged on any merchandise returned due to error on the part of the customer.
Claims for defective merchandise, shortage, or merchandise damaged in transit must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
If merchandise is lost in transit notify us and we will follow up with the proper carrier.
